Jammu/Sept,11:One person was killed and three injured in a road accident in Kalakote area of Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said today.
A police official said that a vehicle skidded off the road and plunged into a gorge in Methyani village last night.
Four persons were injured in the accident, he said, adding they were rushed to Teryath hospital where from one of the injured was referred to GMC&H Jammu for specialized treatment.
However, he succumbed at the GMC&H Jammu.
The deceased, he said, was identified as Abdul Qayoom.
Police has taken cognizance of the matter, said the official.
