Srinagar: Castigating Muslim rulers and OIC for maintain criminal silence over the persecution and genocide of Rohingya Muslims in Burma, conglomerate of local militant outfits, United Jehad Council Thursday said this criminal silence is disgracing to whole Muslim Ummah.
As per a statement to local news gathering agency CNS, Syed Salahuddin, the UJC Chief while addressing a high level meeting said that so called Human Rights organizations of the world are seeking pleasure from the plight of Rohingya Muslims. He said the callous attitude of the colorful Muslim rulers towards the plight of faithful is not only outrageous but shocking as well.
“To encourage Muslim genocide in Burma and to give license to burcher Muslims, Government of India not only provided Rs 4,000 crore aid to pitiless Burmese State but also sent a message of deportation of 40,000 Rohingya refugees from Indian soil,” he said and added that the Nobel Peace Prize recipient Aung San Sui Kyi is not only involved in the killings of innocent Muslims in Buram but has also been instigating the communal Burmese against the unarmed Rohingya Muslims.
“It is a grave situation and Muslim Ummah need to ponder over it. The chest beating and protests are of no use. If blood-shed doesn’t stop, it will force Muslim youth to adopt different means that will have serious ramifications,” he said.
Syed Salahuddin appealed to International community particularly OIC to play its role in stopping the killings of innocent Muslims in Burma.
