Being a teacher is fantastic. It’s rewarding to see students understand something that challenged them in the past. Expectations are high — from students, from parents, from department chairs and administrators. Every veteran teacher has advice to offer and a new teacher has to figure out what works best for making teaching-learning process a success. A teacher has to understand that every student who walks into the classroom is different. Some struggle in class rooms and as such need extra help. Some learn really well when they attend the class and others when they debate a lesson with their teachers. Some students stung big surprises to teachers when they work the problems out on their own but they are only exceptions. There is a built-in way to handle this challenge that all teachers use. It’s called differentiation — meaning to put as many ways of learning into a lesson as a teacher can. Not only do teachers have to ensure that each student in class is learning and engaged, but the students also have to make sure that they are in line with the goals of the schoo,l. Most of the time that goal is the same: educate students so that when they enter the “real world,” they will be capable of making good choices. Sometimes, though, there are more things going on with the school than any one teacher knows about. Testing, pep assemblies, student government, and club activities are all important parts of the school experience. As a teacher, it’s important to be flexible in rearranging plans .Good communication and good planning on the teacher’s part is a temptation to ensure that students are getting the full educational and social experience of school. Schools are comprised of the people in the community. As a teacher, it’s important to understand the community of which the students are a part of. A teacher has a professional obligation to make such students understand the scope and importance of higher studies who are the first persons in their families to pursue education in colleges and universities .

Teaching can be challenging but the teachers have to really care about their students and offer them extra tutoring through latest tools of communication. All depends how seriously the present day teachers tend to take up the challenges for revolutionizing the educational system.

When most of the students coming from rural background don’t understand the value of education, the teachers are tempted to make them understand the real advantages of education. A teachers has a professional and moral students to make such students aware about their futures and ultimate goals and while guiding them through their education route teachers find students tending to become doctors , engineers, lawyers, teachers, politicians, journalists and corporate player in the contemporary society. Now are the times when teachers found themselves obliged to update the students about different kinds of career opportunities available within and outside the state and in the process students come to know about the ideal ways of education they need to be successful in those careers. So by all standards of understandabilities the present day teacher has a professional and moral obligation to open different lines of communication with all the students and as well as the parents. By all means the present day teachers has to explore all possibilities for tutoring and extra help. Using online services like mobile phones and internet connectivity to communicate with the students after school hours have become more prompt methods for the present day teacher as these are the prompt ways to expand the teaching learning process for furthering the career prospects of the students. Teaching can be challenging but the teachers have to really care about their students and offer them extra tutoring through latest tools of communication. All depends how seriously the present day teachers tend to take up the challenges for revolutionizing the educational system.
