Srinagar: The state government today ordered magisterial inquiry into the death of a third year student who was killed in alleged fake encounter by army in the frontier district of Kupwara on August 22.
Meanwhile, life was crippled due to spontaneous strike in parts of Handwara in Kupwara, where some violent protestors, against the killing of youth, set on fire a government vehicle and damaged property.
