Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir government has awarded Chief Minister’s gold Medal for honesty/ integrity and meritorious public service for the year 2017 to six officers including incumbent commissioner secretary of the General Administration department.
According to an order issued by the GAD, Khursheed Ahmad Shah, who has held prized postings, has been awarded with the CM’s gold medal for honesty and integrity.
The others in the list include Lokesh Dutt Jha, IAS, Financial Commissioner (Revenue); Raj Kumar Bhagat, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Animal Sheep Husbandry Department; Muhammad Sayeed Punoo,SSP Vigilance; Tsewang Do jay, Lecturer, Physics, Higher Secondary School, Saspol (Leh) and Muhammad Tariq Bhat, Network Manager, GAD.
The award carries a gold medal, cash prize of Rs 51000, citation and certificate.
