Srinagar: The Sub-Committee on Public Undertakings of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on Friday conducted an on-spot inspection of Zakura Industrial Estate with regard to its shifting.
During the visit the members decided to have a meeting of both the Managing Directors of SICOP and SIDCO before recommending the shifting of machinery from one quarter to another quarter.
The Committee also expressed its concern for inappropriate and improper planning before the procurement of said machinery and also desired to have action taken report against the officials who have recommended such procurement.
