Rajouri: The Motor Vehicles Department Rajouri Wednesday auctioned three Vanity numbers of JK11C series and realized a revenue of Rs 1.56 Lakh.
The bidding was held under the supervision of ARTO Jugal Kishore Sharma. He informed that as per past practice the bid of three vanity numbers including JK11C 0001, JK11C 0007 and JK11C 0011 was held after completion of all formalities and due process.
He further informed that vanity number JK11C 0001, JK11C 0007 and JK11C 0011were allotted to Shaida Kouser, Mohammad Sharief and Shahdab Salam at highest bids of Rs.56886, Rs.76100 and Rs.25100 respectively.
Meanwhile, the ARTO informed most of the services provided by the motor vehicles department Rajouri are now available online. “Our endeavour is to provide the services like registration certificates, driving licenses, fitness certificates etc are provided as per the stipulated time under Public Service Guarantee Act” he added.
