Srinagar: In a first of its kind sports event, Bangalore Football Academy has invited Jammu and Kashmir State Football Academy U-18, for friendly matches at Bangalore.
“Our desire is to play tough teams and we have heard a lot about State Football Academy of Jammu and Kashmir and would love to play a friendly match against them,” reads the invitation letter from Bangalore City Football Club.
J&K State Football Academy are positive about the game. “We are optimistic about the matches with Bangalore Football Academy and we will definitely give our best,” said, Mehraj Ud Din Wadoo, in-charge State Football Academy.
Meanwhile, Sports Council has granted the permission for the matches with Bangalore Football Academy. The schedule has been put as 29th July to 3rd August.
