Rev Minister for institutional asset creation in JK

Budgam: Minister for Revenue, Relief, Rehabilitation, Reconstruction and Disaster Management, Abdul Rehman Veeri, Wednesday stressed on the need for institutional asset creation for the sustainable Development of the State.
He was speaking at the inauguration of Revenue Complex Budgam here.
Minister for Agriculture, Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura was also present on the present.
The mega Revenue complex constructed at a cost of over Rs 3 crore will house Tehsil office, Record room, Judicial lockup and other related offices.
Stating that Revenue Department is considered as the flagship Department of the government, Minister asked the revenue officials to synergize efforts of various departments for the welfare of the people.
While dedicating the revenue complex to the people of Budgam, Veeri said it would ease out the process of revenue related matters under single roof for people of Budgam.
Stressing Revenue officials to work with zeal, Veeri said the Department holds key for efficient and effective governance in the State, adding that a total commitment is required to achieve the set administrative targets.
Veeri reiterated the commitment of the Government for grass root level development in every region of the state. He said it is imperative that Revenue officials work with responsibility up to the expectations of the common people.
Hanjura who spoke on the occasion impressed on the officers to envisage projects of public importance while keeping in view the future needs of the people as well. The Minister assured the speedy redressal of all the genuine demands of the local populace.
MLA Budgam Agha Syed Ruhulla, MLC Saif-ud-din Bhat and MLC Agha Syed Mehmood were present on the occasion. District Development Commissioner, Budgam Mohammad Haroon Malik and other officers were also present there.
