Srinagar/July,14: Minister for Education Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari. Friday dismissed rumors about extension of summer vacations for schools and colleges in Kashmir and winter zone of Jammu division.
“No, there is no extension in summer vacations. Schools and colleges will resume as per schedule,” minister for education, Education Minister Altaf Bukhari said.
Interestingly, news story from last year is being circulated on social media since today morning by some miscreants to “mislead” people about extension of summer vacations from July 17-24.
The summer vacations for schools and colleges started from July 6. The schools and colleges will re-open on July 17.
