Srinagar/ July,8: A captain ranked officer was among three army men injured in a militant attack Saturday morning in Hajin area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
A police official said that militants attacked an army patrol party near Army Goodwill school in Hajin area around 3 am.
Three army men of 13 RR were Injured in the attack, he said, adding that the injured were taken to a hospital for treatment. The injured were identified as Captain Parveen, Sepoy Brijesh Lal Bahadur and Sepoy Ramesh Kumar. The official said that the whole area was cordoned off by the army to nab the militants.
