Govt orders placement of 4 SEs as CEs

Srinagar: The Government Wednesday ordered placement of four Superintending Engineers (Civil) as I/C Chief Engineers in the Public Works Department in their own pay and grade for a period of six months or till the posts are filled up on regular basis.
The promotees include are Sita Ram Dogra, D K Razdan, Nisar Ahmed Bhat and Rajinder Kumar Saproo.
Consequent upon these placements, the Government also ordered transfers and postings in PWD.
According to an order issued in this regard, Sudhir Kumar Shah has been transferred and posted as Chief Engineer R&B Jammu, Sat Pal Manhas has been posted as Chief Engineer PMGSY Jammu vice P L Bhushan, D K Razdan has been transferred posted Chief Engineer, Chenab Valley power Project (CVPP), P L Bhushan has been transferred and posted as Chief Engineer Mughal Road vice Sudhir Kumar Shah. Sat Pal Manhas has been transferred and posted as Chief Engineer PMGSY Jammu vice P L Bhushan.
Nisar Ahmed Bhat has been transferred and posted as I/C Chief Engineer SKUAST Kashmir vice Sat Pal Manhas, Rajinder Kumar Saproo has been transferred and posted as Chief Engineer SKUAST Jammu and Sita Ram Dogra shall await posting in the Administrative Department.
