Srinagar: Two persons were injured, one of them critically, when an Army vehicle hit a motorcycle Tuesday in north Kashmir district of Baramulla, official sources said here.
They said an Army vehicle hit a motorcycle at village Chakloo, Rafiabad, in Baramulla this morning resulting in injuries to motorcyclist and his pilliomate.
The injured were rushed to local hospital from where one of the critically wounded Asif Ahmad Lone was referred to Srinagar for specialized treatment.
Meanwhile, tension gripped Nadihal, the home town of Lone, where people protested against the accident.
