Police issues route plan for vehicles carrying devotees to Dargah Hazratbal on Shab-e-Qadr, Jumat-ul-Vida

Srinagar: Traffic Police on Tuesday issued a route plan for vehicles carrying devotees to Hazratbal shrine on Shab-e-Qadr and Jumat-ul-Vida from North, South and Central Kashmir.
Vehicles coming from North Kashmir after reaching Shaltang shall adopt the route as; Shaltang-Parimpora-Qamarwari- Cement Bridge- Noorbagh- Sekidafar- Eidgah-AliMasjid- Sazgaripora- Hawal- Alamgari Bazar- Mill Stop- Molvi Stop- Botshah Mohalla- Kanitar- University parking from Sir Syed Gate. The vehicles on return shall adopt the route as; Parking- Ashahibagh Crossing- Rainawari- Khanyar- Nowpora- Dalgate- M.A Road- Budshah Bridge- Over Flyover- Batamaloo- Mominabad- Tangpora- Bemina Byepass- Parimpora- Shalteng and onwards.
Vehicles coming from South Kashmir after reaching Pantha Chowk shall adopt the route as; Stone Quarry (Athwajan)- Batwara- Sonwar Bazar- Ram Munshi Bagh- Gupkar- Grand Palace- Zethyar Ghat- Nishat- Foreshore Road- Habak Crossing- Naseem Bagh parking University campus parking through Budshah Gate. The vehicles on return shall adopt the route as; Parking- Habak Crossing- Foreshore Road- Nishat- Zethiyar Ghat- Gupkar- Ram Munshi Bagh- Sonwar Bazar- Pantha Chowk and onwards.
Vehicles coming from Central Kashmir’s Budgam district shall adopt the route as; Hyderpora- Tengpora- Bemina Bye Pass- Bemina Crossing- Qamarwari- Cement Bridge- Noorbagh- Sekidafar- Eidgah- Ali Masjid- Sazgaripora- Hawal- Alamgari Bazar- Mill Stop- Molvi Stop- Botshah Mohallah- Kanitar- NIT Parking. On return the vehicles shall adopt the route as; Parking- Aishahibagh Crossing- Rainawari- Khanyar- Nowpora- Dalgate- Golf Crossing- Radio Kashmir- Abdullah Bridge- Hatric- Convent Crossing- P/S Rajbagh- Jawahar Nagar Chowk- Jawahar nagar Bund- Rambagh- Barzullah Bridge- Sadder- Hyderpora and onwards.
Vehicles coming from Lal Chowk shall adopt the route as’ Lal Chowk- SRTC Bridge- Ikhwan Crossing- Police Station Khanyar- Bohri Kadal- Rajouri Kadal- Gojwari Chowk- Hawal- Alamgari Bazar- Mill Stop- Molvi Stop- Botshah Mohallah- Kanitar- NIT Parking.
On return the vehicles shall adopt the route as; Parking- Aishahibagh Crossing- Rainawari- Khanyar- Nowpora Bridge- Khayam Chowk- Dalgate- M.A Road- Lal Chowk.
Vehicles coming from Ganderbal shall adopt the route as; Nagbal- Zakoora- Habbak- Naseem Bagh University campus parking through Budshah Gate.
On return the vehicles shall adopt the route as; Parking- Habbak- Zakoora- Nagbal and onwards.
