It is ridiculous while lashing at authorities, said spokesman and added that administration follows no ethics and it has turned a routine practice for authorities to put leadership under house arrest.
Spokesman said that Syed Ali Geelani, who continues to be under house detention for past several years, was again stopped from offering Friday prayers today by the police.
It is taking a heavy toll on his health and is unjustified and holds no ethical ground.
Condemning the state administration for their ‘vengeful policy’ and aggressive approach against Syed Ali Geelani, spokesman said that they don’t even consider issues related to his health.
Resistance leaders are barred from performing religious obligations which is tantamount to interference in religious matters,” spokesman said.
Spokesman expressed his dismay over the silence maintained by international agencies. It is of grave concern, said spokesman and in his appeal stressed these bodies for their cognizance.

Leadership expressed their deep concern over proposed implementation of GST in state and said that it is a well thought out plane to cripple our trade and economy.
Lashing out at state authorities, the leadership said that they are hell-bent to harm business community and added that few state ministers are in league with authorities in Nagpur & are being lured to implement GST in state.
They urged immediate release of all prisoners ahead of Eid, leadership said that their insensitivity, unconcern and uncalled curbs on peaceful activities is the root cause of uncertainty in state and situation is turning from bad to worse. (KNS)
