Jammu/June,8: Principal Government Polytechnic Jammu, Er Ritu Jamwal Thursday felicitated Ace Fencer and student of Civil Engineering Vansh Mahajan on his return after showing excellent performance in Junior Fencing Championship held at Singapore and Navy Open Fencing Championship held at Bangkok Thailand.
In the individual event, International Fencer Vansh got 19th rank among all the players who participated in the Singapore Junior Fencing Championship.
Vansh Mahajan got 17th rank among the players of different Countries in the Navy Open Fencing Championship held from 2nd to 5th June 2017 at Bangkok ( Thailand).
Speaking on the occasion, the Principal said it has been a very exciting year for budding star Vansh Mahajan so far his performance is concerned. She however said his greatest achievement was to participate in Singapore Junior Fencing Championship and Navy Open Fencing Championship.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Er Inderjeet Singh, Er Manjeet Singh, HOD Civil Engineering and Rakesh Kakkar PEM.
