One IAS, 10 middle rung KAS officers transferred

Srinagar/May,24:  Government on Thursday transferred One IAS and 10 KAS middle rung officers. The order placed on the official website of the General Administration Department (GAD) reads as under:
1. Owais  Ahmed,  IAS(JK:2014),  Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bhaderwah, is transferred and posted  as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Karnah-Tangdhar, against an available vacancy.
2. Imam Din, KAS, Joint Director, Education, Doda, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bhaderwah.
3. Laiq Parvez, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Recoveries), Srinagar, is   transferred and posted as General Manager, DIC, Pulwama, against an available vacancy.Ms. Ulfat Jabeen, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Stamps), Srinagar, shall hold the charge of the post of Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Recoveries),  Srinagar, in addition to her own duties, till further orders.
4. Vikas Gupta, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Surinsar- Mansar, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Industries and Commerce, Jammu, against an available vacancy.
5. Altaf Ahmad Khan, KAS, Joint Director, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development, is transferred and posted Additional Deputy Commissioner,
Awantipora.
6. Khurshid Ahmad Shah, KAS, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Executive),
Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sopore.
7. Mohammad Ashraf Hakak, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government,
Labour and Employment Department, is transferred and posted as Additional
Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department.
8. Reyaz Ahmad Malik, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tral, is transferred and
posted as  Deputy Secretary to the Government, School Education Department.
9. Sundeep Singh Bali, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sopore, is transferred and
posted  as Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Gurez, vice Mohammad Rouf Rehman.
10. Mohammad Rouf Rehman, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Gurez, is
transferred and    posted as Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Kokernag, against an available vacancy.
11. Sanjay Kumar Bhat, Deputy Director, District Employment and Counselling Centre, Udhampur, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Home Department
