The leaders said the immense contribution of great leaders like Shaheed-e-Milat and Shaheed-e-Hurriyat throughout their lives towards achieving the right  to self-determination for the people of Kashmir  and their dedication to this mission ,which they pursued with sweat and blood ,will be  remembered and written in the history of Kashmir in golden words.
The joint resistance leaders further said that as custodians of the great sacrifices of the Martyr’s of Kashmir and following the path shown by them , places a huge responsibility on the present leadership, which is duty bound to remain steadfast and  keep the movement alive and moving forward so that  the mission for which the martyr’s laid down their lives is accomplished.
The joint leaders said that the way Government of India is using its military might and all other methods of repression to crush the people’s struggle, the way to respond and resist this oppression while keeping the focus on our goal is by remaining steadfast and committed towards the movement and having complete faith in the justness of our cause.
