Hawal martyrs brightest stars of Kashmir history: UJC

Srinagar/May,20: While paying rich tributes to Mirwaiz Molvi Muhammad Farooq and Abdul Gani Lone , conglomerate of militant outfits United Jehad Council Saturday said that the ‘Hawal Martyrs’ are the brightest stars of Kashmir history.
As per a statement to local news gathering agency CNS, Syed Salahuddin while addressing a high level meeting said that thousands of Kashmir’s have laid their lives to break the shackles of thralldom. “We are indebted to these martyrs and till last breathe we will be loyal to the sacred blood of our martyrs,” he said.
He said that both Mirwaiz Molvi Muhammad Farooq and Abdul Gani Lone played a cardinal role in Kashmir Freedom Struggle.
While paying tribute to martyrs of Hawal, Syed Salahuddin reiterated that freedom struggle will continue till it is taken to its logical conclusion.
Terming  the killing of  Pulwama man Muhamamd Yousuf Lone as the handiwork of Indian Forces, Jehand Council said such tactics can’t break the resolve of freedom loving people. “Such tactics have always failed.”
Before the culmination of the meeting, special prayers were conducted for Hawal martyrs, Mirwaiz Molvi Muhammad Farooq and Abdul Gani Lone.
