‘Dream India’ to launch Rs 300 cr luxurious greek style villas

Hyderabad, May 20: Dream India Group, the Hyderabad-based Real Estate group today announced a mega 300-acre getaway housing amenities of a full-blown resort near Bahadurpura in city, with provisions to buy farmlands amidst the best resort facilities.
Anil Kapoor who is their iconic brand ambassador, will formally launch the project here on May 22.
”With this venture we are introducing weekend home concepts and offering farm land at most affordable prices to middle class,” said Syed Rafi Ishaq, Chairman and Managing Director of Dream India Group in press conference here.
”The total project cost was Rs 300 crore and we develop farm house in 250 acres, dream resort in 20 acres and remaining for roads development,” Mr Ishaq said adding that the farm house will be completed in next six months while resorts by next 18 months.
For owners, Dream resort offers a straight seven-years’ free maintenance that includes the upkeep of all dream resort assets, he claimed.
The company will go for Public in next two years and necessary documents were submitted to SEBI, he said.
“We hope to grow big and make Dream India Group a Rs 2500 crore company in few years,” he added.
