Officials said three among the injured students were shifted to Srinagar’s hospital for treatment. “One among the three injured students has received pellet injuries,” officials said.
Clashes also broke out in Hajin area of Bandipora district. The students of Higher Secondary Hajin pelted stones during the protest that took place after the deployment of forces reached near Higher Secondary Hajin.
The forces retaliated, triggering clashes between protesting students and forces in the area.
However, the vehicles were seen stranded on the either sides of the either sides of the Srinagar-Bandipora roads.
Reports said the clashes between the protesting students and the forces also took place in Khanyar area.
The students of MPML Higher Secondary School carried out a protest march during which they also pelted stones on them.
The forces used tear gas canisters to disperse the protesting youth.

The students alleged that some of their classmates were beaten by the Army personnel when they were on way to their college.
As soon as the news spread in the GDC Dooru, the students took to streets and staged protest against the ‘Amy action’.
