GST Council Meet: Media Centre set up by DIPR at Hotel Centaur

Srinagar/May,17:A Media Centre has been established by the Department of Information & Public Relations (DIPR) at Centaur Lake View Hotel, Cheshmashahi to facilitate the visiting and local media-persons for the smooth coverage of the 14th GST Council meeting being held at SKICC Srinagar from Wednesday.
The Media Centre has been equipped with computers, internet facility and other necessary paraphernalia for the convenience of the media-persons who will be covering the mega event.
The DIPR has designated  Lal Chand, Assistant Director Information (Cell No: 9419786238) and  Abdul Ahad, Information Officer (Cell No: 9419611173) as the Nodal Officers at the Media Centre. They will be assisted by  Shabir Ahmad, Media Coordinator (Cell No: 9419007581),  Nazir Ahmad, Reporter (Cell No: 9419077784),  Jehangir Ali, Reporter (Cell No: 8803000391),  Ravi Kumar, Reporter (Cell No: 9419254074),  Harleen Kour, Reporter (Cell No: 08800228191),  Haroon Rashid Shah, Reporter (Cell No: 9906688339) and  Ishaq Ahmad, Reporter (Cell No: 9906658456).
The media-persons can contact these officials in case they need any assistance at the designated Media Centre.
Director Information, Dr Arun Kumar Manhas Wednesday visited the Media Centre to take stock of the arrangements made for the media-persons there.
