Zonal level inter-school tourney concludes

Doda/May,13: Three days zonal level inter school tournament organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports concluded at Higher Secondary School Berreru of zone Bhalla.

About 200 boys and 75 girls in the age group U/14 and U/17 participated in volley ball, kabaddi, kho-kho, wrestling and  athlelics.

In Boys category U/17 volley ball Match HSS Chakrabhati defeated HS Bhalla whereas in Kabaddi HS Dradhu defeated HS seri by 2 points and in Kho-Kho HSS Malothi crushed HSS Berreru by 5 points.

In U/14 kho-kho MS Gouda deafeated HSS Berreru by a margin of 1 points, whereas in Kabaddi HS Dradhu defeated HS Seri by 3 points and in Volley ball MS Panie crushed HSS Berreru.

In Girls category U/17 Kho Kho HSS Malothi won from HS Bhalla by a margin of 3 points and in Kabaddi HSS Berreru defeated HSS Malothi by 4 points whereas In U/14 Kabaddi HSS Berreru crushed MS Khalo by 2 points

The matches were officiated by Vijay Kotwal PEM, Davinder Katoch PEM, Sanjay Kumar PEM, Girdhari lal PET, Liaqat Ali PET, Ajaz Ahmed PET, Anesh Kumar PET, Puran Singh PET, Krishan Singh PET, Sharda Devi PET, Sharda Devi PET, Nazma Iqbal PET and Anjla Devi PET.
