Bhaderwah/May 06: Inter school boys tournament under different disciplines started Saturday at High Secondary School Boys here.
The tournament was declared open by Tehsildar Bhaderwah Masood Ahmed in presence of Principal Boys HSS, Anie Kotwal and District Youth services and Sports Officer Doda Ashok Kotwal. The tournament will be conducted under the overall supervision of Pritam Singh ZPEO Bhadarwah
Around 319 students from 24 schools of zone Bhadarwah are participating in Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Wresting, Athletics, Badminton and TT.
In the inaugural competitions, for U/14 category Middle School Mathola beat Holly mission in kho-kho match whereas in kabaddi and Volley ball Middle School Nichla Thara beat Middle School Dallin and Islamia school respectively.
In U/17 volleyball High School Nichla Thara beat High School Manthla and in kho-kho High School Nagar beats Holly Mission.
