Srinagar/May,2: State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) Tuesday expressed condolence on the demise of its former member and acting chairperson, Rafiq Fida, who expired Monday.
The Commission remembered his contribution as the chairperson of the human rights body and held a congregational prayer for peace to the departed soul. The SHRC also expressed solidarity with the bereaved family.
