Jammu/April,28: The Cabinet accorded sanction to the regular promotion of I/C Chief Engineers including Alok Mengi, Om Kumar Chadgal, Puran Bharat Gandhi, Nayeem Ahmad, Tilak Raj Bhagat, Devi Dass Gorka and Parshotam Lal as Chief Engineers (Civil) in the Pay Scale of Rs 14,300 – 18,300 revised to PB-4 of Rs 37400 – 67000 with Grade Pay of Rs 8700.
