Kishtwar/April,22: Shooting stones claimed the lives of mother daughter duo in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday morning.
A police official said that Anju Mahajan and her 15-year-old daughter Purvi Mahajan died on the spot, while the husband of the deceased woman, identified as Bupinder Mahajan sustained injuries along with a seven-year-old boy after shooting stones hit their car near Kulgadi in Drabshalla area of Kishtwar district.
The official added that the family was on its way from Kishtwar to Jammu when when it came under heavy stones near Kulgadi on Kishtwar-Thathri stretch of the road.
