Srinagar, Apr 21: Chairman Hurriyat Conference (G) Syed Ali Geelani, today said BJP national General Secretary, Ram Madhav’s statement about ‘human shield incident ‘illustrates their national policy about Jammu & Kashmir.
It is alarming and while expressing his deep concern, Geelani said that the recent statement of state minister C P Ganga may be his personal opinion, however the Ram Madhav’s statement is serious as he figure among top ranking leader in BJP cadre.
They have declared war and his statement stand testimony, said Geelani while referring to statement of Ram Madhav. It is clear chit to forces to carry massacre in state, said Geelani while commenting over the statement wherein Mr. Madhav said that “everything is fair in love & war’’ Geelani said that it is red signal and carry perilous message for forces to go ahead with killings and serves an apparent threat to people.
In a statement issued to KNS, Geelani called state minister C P Ganga’s statement as ridiculous and said that they are Hindu terrorists placed in power corridors and enjoy support and favors of Delhi. We have no system to check these elements, otherwise he should have been in jail.
Calling the NC leaders reaction just a mockery, Syed Ali Geelani said that their main aim is to remain in power corridors and they should have submitted their resignations, however their rhetoric speaks that how much sincere they are with the nation.
I fear that something may happen in future & some bad events are in store for us, said Geelani and in his appeal to UN General Secretary, OIC, impressed to take cognizance of threat statements of BJP leaders. Geelani asked international agencies to break their silence and said, in case any untoward happens to people, they will be held responsible. ‘If UN wants to save our new generation from Indian barbarity, it has to rise above statements ‘said Geelani.
It is ridiculous & lame excuse to justify action of said officer, Geelani said. Instead it is a crime against humanity and nowhere in world such cowardice acts are acknowledged, said he. Tying a youth to the bonnet is war crime and personnel involved in such gruesome action should be dealt and accorded stringent punishment, asked Geelani.
Terming his statement as ridiculous, Geelani said that Indian authorities are hellbent to break our resolve, however their actions are unjustified and depicts their arrogance of power. The statement testify that forces enjoy backing and free hand and I feel worried about the situation arising out of this development, said Geelani. We are facing Hindu terrorism sponsored by Delhi and possibly they may repeat 1947 like massacre when 15 lakh people were forced to leave their state.
