Jammu/ April, 17: Abdul Haq Khan, Minister for Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Law and Justice, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here Wednesday.
Khan briefed the Governor about the obtaining environment in the Valley and tentative plans regarding holding of Panchayat elections which had been originally envisaged to be conducted by March 2017.
