Jammu/April,13: Deputy Chief Minister, Dr. Nirmal Singh has paid glowing tributes to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar on his birth anniversary.
In his message, the Deputy Chief Minister recalled Dr Ambedkar as a great statesman, social reformer and legal luminary who played a pivotal role in framing of the Indian Constitution. He also remembered Dr. Ambedkar’s contribution in uplift of the needy, downtrodden and weaker sections of the society.
