Srinagar/April,8: The Delhi High Court on Tuesday dismissed a plea challenging validity of the Article 370 of the Constitution that gives special status to Jammu and Kashmir.
A Division Bench headed by Chief Justice G. Rohini dismissed the petition, thus upholding the validity of Special status of the state. Earlier, the court had reserved the decision on the plea.
Law Secretary Jammu and Kashmir Abdul Majid Bhat told Kashmir Horizon over phone that the court has “upheld our stand and dismissed the petition”.
