Srinagar/April,8: The Srinagar-Jammu highway the only surface link connecting Jammu with Kashmir remained closed for the fifth consecutive day today as fresh landslides prolonged the restoration of traffic on the roaf at Pantiyal and Hingi.
The 300-km road has remained closed for the last four consecutive days as landslides and shooting stones blocked the road at several places between Chanderkote and Banihal .
