Ramban/March,7: A Srinagar resident was on Saturday afternoon killed and another one sustained injuries in a road accident near Marog area on Jammu-Srinagar highway.
Official sources said ” a shooting stone hit a Creta car bearing number (JK01AA-9863) near Marog Ramban and one of the persons traveling in the car died on spot, adding that “a police team rushed to the spot and shifted the injured person to nearby Hospital, where he was responding to the treatment, when last reports poured in. The deceased has been identified as Waseem Azad son of Meraj Din R/O Munawarabad, Khayam Chowk Srinagar.The injured has been identified as Manzoor Azad son of Ali Mohd of Munawarabad, Khayam Chowk Srinagar. Ramban police has taken cognizance in this connection.
