Jammu: Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) Friday presented a Nukkad natak at Gandhi Nagar Women College to raise awareness among the students and the faculty about the novel Corona virus.
The nukkad, presented by Shazi Khan and group, focused on the need of complete understanding of the symptoms, precautionary and preventive measures required to deal effectively with this deadly virus. It emphasized the audience not to panic as this not only creates a mess out of things but it lowers our presence of mind and thinking power to react properly in case of such emergencies.
The artists also convinced the audience that not every similar symptom indicates the presence of Corona virus so we have to act and react with utmost care and alertness.
Principal of the college besides staff and students attended the event and expressed gratitude to DIPR for holding this much needed educative program.
