Srinagar/July,30: Government on Tuesday appointed S. Ravinder Singh as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) with Advisor to the Governor Farooq Khan.
An order issued by General Administration Department reads as under :
Sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of S Ravinder Singh, retired member of J&K Accounts (G) Service as OSD with Advisor (F) to the Governor. The nature of the appointment shall be contractual, terminable on one month’s notice from either side while the period of contract is co-terminus with the term of Advisor (F). The order further reads that in the matter of Discipline and Appeal, the officer shall be governed by the rules as are applicable to the State Government employees.
