The Minister directed the concerned to submit a detailed report about the practical difficulties in the implementation of the Act.

The meeting also discussed different means and ways for the capacity building of Revenue Officers. It was said officers above the rank of Tehsildar would be imparted one week refresher course on revenue matters after every two months in IMPA and similar arrangements would be taken for capacity building below the rank of Naib Tehsildars at Revenue Training Institute (RTI).
