KFA Annual League Football Tournament : Lonestar KFC & IFC Kashmir defeats Iqbal Sports & Kashmir United FC respectively

Srinagar: In the ongoing State Annual League Football tournament Two matches were played at Synthetic Turf TRC Ground on 5th of July 2019. The Ist Match of Super Div. was play between IFC Kashmir & Kashmir United Football Clubs(KUFC) . IFC Kashmir defeated Kashmir United FC by 4:1 Goal. Ubaid, Rayees, Arif & Adil scored for IFC Kashmir & Umer from KUFC scored the lone goal.
The second matches of the Premier Division was played between Iqbal Sports Club and Lonestar KFC (LKFC) Both the teams started with an aggressive note trying to beat the defense for an opening. Asrar Rehber of LKFC converted a brilliant pass and scored a goal in 25th minute of Ist Half. The Young budding players of Iqbal Sports tried to equalize but could not find the net. Halftime score was 1-0 in favour of LKFC. In the 75th minute of 2nd half LKFC scored another goal through Aaqib in 80th minute Iqbal Sports got a penalty Kick which they were not able to convert. The player of LKFC exhibited quality football & enthralled the audience. LKFC scored the third goal once again through Aaqib. Both the teams played quality football and LKFC defeated Iqbal Sports by three goals to Nil.
The players of both the teams & Members of JKFA gave a message through a banner to Save Lakes, Avoid drugs & not to us Polythene to the spectators present in general & the masses in particular.
The tournament is organized by District Football Association Srinagar, Medical Partner Rahim Green & Football Sponsor Sports International (VECTOR).
