Kishtwar/July, 6 : Demonstrating humanitarian spirit of its unique kind a muslim trust body”SHAHEEN” handed-over a marriage kit to a Hindu Orphan girl of Jungnallah village in Bhalessa area in Kishtwar district of Chenab Valley in Jammu region.
Locals said the volunteers of the muslim trust body “SHAHEEN” did the heroic effort by firstly arranging the whole ration and some other necessary commodities for the marriage ceremony of a hindu orphan girl and offered a complete marriage kit to her.
Talking to reporters the Chairman “SHAHEEN” the muslim trust body Tasleem Javaid Wani said that effort was part of the mission initiated to help the children of deprived section of the society irrespective of their religious affiliation . Mahesh Manhas Member “SHAHEEN” Trust said that the public welfare body is working for the betterment of society above the lines of region, caste, creed or colour throughout the state. President Trust Touseef Ahmed Malik said that this was the 7th marriage of an orphan and a poorest girl so far organised by their Trust. Several other members present on the occassion were Ganesh Singh , Shafqat Koka, Manmohan Sharma and others.
