Advisor Skandan holds public grievances redressal camp at Jammu

Jammu: Advisor to Governor, K. Skandan Friday met various public deputations and individuals during public grievances redressal camp here Friday.
Several deputations comprising civil society groups and public delegations hailing from different parts of Jammu region met the Advisor and apprised him of their demands and grievances.
Over hundred people participated in the camp and projected a number of issues seeking immediate redressal for their concerns.
Demands presented related to various departments including Revenue, Jammu Municipal Corporation, Jammu Development Authority, JKSSB, PHE, PDD, R&B, Agriculture and allied wings.
The demands and problems raised by the people included construction of roads, replacement and upgradation of transformers, issues related to revenue department, besides other issues.
The Advisor giving patient hearing to the deputations and individuals said the merit of each demand will be analyzed and action will be taken on priority to redress genuine issues put forth during the outreach program. He also redressed some of the issues of the public on the spot.
