Urdu language shall not be allowed to vanish: Renzu

Srinagar: While presiding over Grand Urdu conference and Urdu spiritual poetic Mushaira, organized by “Paigaam Productions Voice of Voiceless” Khawaja Farooq Renzu chairman Kashmir society international, emphasised that Urdu is language of Sufi order and lovers of Urdu shall not allow it to vanish.
While commenting on one banner installed in Book Exhibition at Kashmir University day before yesterday, he said Urdu promotion council should apologize to Kashmir for Blasphemous word against Urdu described on banner as sign Board of important Urdu Book Exhibition held to humiliate Urdu in Kashmir. “This indicates mind set of organizers like the approach of Libraries Authorities of J&K who have started campaign to discourage Sufi Books written in Urdu. This language is itself language of Sufiyat and the literature which is being imported to slaughter this pure language of Sufiyat need not be encouraged. This prestigious function was held at 21 Miles Cafe & Lounge,” Renzu said.
While welcoming chief guest Ishfaq Ahmad Wani said that the theme of the event voice of voice less besides projecting best literary talents of valley from New Generation, was also on “’Increasing Un wedded Women in Kashmir”. He expressed his gratitude for Prominent Novelist and literary luminary of Kashmir Renzu to spare his valuable time for new literary treasure of valley thud the main motto of the event to Promote and explore hidden treasure of precious talent of Kashmir was achieved. There are innumerable young Talented Poets, Writers, and Story Tellers of new Generation who don’t get proper platform to demonstrate their hidden talent because of callous approach of State cultural Academy during last four decades. Accordingly Paigam has been established not only to provide respectable platform to high talented persons but also save our language Urdu which is language of Sufi Awaliyas.
In today’s conference one of the alarming social issues was discussed entitled Un wedded Women’s which has assumed wider dimension. Many Social activists, Writers and Authors put forward their views in this prestigious conference and measures to tackle it were discussed. Young generation
Social Workers , authors, writers, poets and artists who were highly acclaimed and appreciated in the conference include Azra Mufti, Rj Mehak, Sameer Bukhari, Tariq Shera of Angels Cultural Academy, Salman Qadri, Irfan Attari, Sheikh Rounaq, Akhtar Hussaini, Iqra Pandit, Nuzhat, Adil Hussain, Akhtar Hussain, Abid Rather, Danish Wani, Ayat, Irfan Shafi Wani, Khalid Khan, Danish Gulzar, Mursaleen, Fahmeeda Lal Daed Sani, Damdar Sahib, Naagrad and other talented persons who mesmerized audience with best of their contribution.
