DLTFC approves 143 cases under Prime Minister Employment Generation Prog

Doda: The first District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC) under Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Program (PMEGP), which met here Wednesday under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Doda, Dr. Sagar D Doifode, approved 143 cases for loan amounting Rs. 8.5 crore, approximately.
Pertinently, a total of loan 211 applications were received by the prospecting entrepreneurs under PMEGP scheme through District Industries Centre Doda as Nodal Agency.
Member Secretary DLTFC, who is also General Manager DIC Doda Shahida Parveen (Convener), apprised the meeting of the targets and achievements for the year 2018-19 and disclosed that the achievements were above 100 percent during the last year.
Among others Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda Kishori Lal Sharma besides Project Manager DIC Doda Abdul Jabbar, officers of DIC and other committee members were also present in the meeting.
