Srinagar/May 13 : Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan on Monday assured that the investigation already taken up police would be fast paced on war footing basic and while seeking cooperation from the people in the investigation of the case appealed them to maintain peace and calm.
Addressing a presser in Srinagar Khan said “We have instructions from Governor of J&K state to probe the case on war footing basis. We will ensure that Justice is given to the victim.”
Divisional Commissioner further said the developments into the investigations of the case are being monitored by administration round the clock, adding that “Government will ensure that action is taken against the guilty in this case.” . He appealed people to maintain peace and calm during the course of investigation adding that “let people have faith in government functionary. Investigations will be completed in a time bound manner.”
