Srinagar: A Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) militant, hailing from Pulwama district of south Kashmir, Sunday laid down arms and returned to the mainstream, police said.
“One more youth from Pulwama who was part of terror outfit JeM has shunned the path of violence & returned to the mainstream with the eorts of family and Police (sic),” police said in a tweet.
Police did not reveal the identity of the militant, saying “the identity stands protected.” “His identity is protected. We wish him all the best. @JmuKmrPolice.”
