23 persons injured in road mishaps across Kashmir

Srinagar/May,9: Twenty three persons were injured in three separate road accidents in Budgam, Baramulla and Anantnag, police said on Tuesday.
In a statement issued here said that in Budgam, a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK01M-2563 skidded off the road at Alamdar Colony, Charari-Sharief near municipality Office, Charari-Sharief, resulting in injuries to its rider identified as Shamim Ahmad Mir son of Ghulam Rasool Mir a resident of Talab Khan, Charari-Sharief, Budgam.
“The injured was shifted to the hospital for treatment. Budgam police has registered a case in this regard,” it said.
In Baramulla, it said, a Tata 407 passenger vehicle  bearing registration number JK05D-1718 turned turtle near Jabla, Uri,  resulting in injuries to 10 passengers boarding the vehicle.
All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Baramulla police has registered a case in this regard.
In Anantnag, it said, a Tata-407 passenger vehicle  bearing registration number JK03-8593 turned turtle near Wantrag, Mattan, resulting in injuries to 12 passengers boarding the vehicle.
All the injured were shifted to the hospital for treatment. Anantnag police has registered a case in this regard, it added.
