Kupwara, Apr 03 (KNS): Senior Congress leader and former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad Wednesday blamed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and top Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders for the recent provocative statements from National Conference and PDP leaders in Kashmir valley.

Talking to reporters after addressing an election rally in Kupwara Azad said Prime Minister Narendra Modi and top BJP leaders including ministerial colleagues of Prime Minister have been abusing Muslims randomly and the recent provocative statements from Kashmir’s mainstream and separatist leaders is a reactions to the statements and actions of the Prime Minister and other BJP leaders against Kashmiris who have been virtually pushed to the wall.

Advising Prime Minister and top BJP leaders to draw lessons from their own deeds, Azad said Congress party has put its election manifesto in public domain and hopes that people will vote for change to restore the atmosphere of peace and harmony in the country particularly in Jammu and Kashmir where people find themselves at the receiving end.
