Jammu: Governor Satya Pal Malik has paid rich tribute to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia on his 109th birth anniversary.
Recalling his long association with Dr Lohia, Governor described him as a great socialist leader, a reformer, a prolific thinker and a man of substance, who dedicated his life to the welfare of the people, especially the deprived sections of society.
Dr Lohia’s ideas and thoughts have greatly inspired me to serve the people at the grassroots level, he added.
