The Subscribers from it’s adjoining areas told Kashmir horizon that they are facing immense problems due to erratic calling and internet services in these areas.

“We are unable to contact our nears and dears as every time we dial the number, the network comes either busy, switched off, number does not exist or shows not network coverage,” said aggrieved residents adding that due to poor network call drops happen frequently.

“We apprised Area Manager about the erratic service many a time, but they failed to mitigate our problems,” subscribers added.

They also complained that the service had poor audio quality. “Echoes are frequent during conversations,” said a local.

“E-learning being the latest wave of education in world but here in this area, students are facing acute network problems which need to be solved through proper initiatives,” a group of local students from Saloora area of Ganderbal town said.
