Four district SPs amongmore than forty years SSP and Adll SP ranked officers transferred, Srinagar District Police Chief also shifted

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Government late Wednesday evening ordered the transfers of over forty top SP and Additional ranked officers including SSP Srinagar and three other district police chiefs of Kashmir valley. The four District SPs transfered are SSP Srinagar, SSP Baramulla, SSP Bandipora and SSP Kulgam. The tranferes ordered Wednesday evening are detailed below:
In the rejig, SSP Srinagar Imtiyaz Ismail Parray has been transferred and posted as officer on special duty with Advisor to Governor Vijay Kumar. Dr Mohd Haseeb Mughal has been posted as the new Srinagar police chief, said an order issued by the home department.
Shailendra Kumar Mishra awaiting orders of posting in PHQ, is posted as Commandant IR 7th Battalion (Ambgrota) against an available vacancy.
Rahul Malik, SSP, Security, J&K is transferred and posted as SSP, Bandipora in place of Sheikh Zulfikar Azad.
Gurinderpal Singh, SP (West) Srinagar is transferred and posted as SP, Kulgam vice Harmeet Singh Mehta.
Sandeep Gupta, Additional SP, Domana is transferred and posted as Additional SP, Anantnag vice Farooq Qesor Malik.
Shakti Kumar Pathak, (JKPS: 1999), SSP, Traffic (NHW) is transferred and posted as SSP, Kishtwar vice Rajinder Kumar Gupta.
Abdul Qayoom, AIG (CIV), PHQ is transferred and posted as SSP, Baramulla vice Imtiyaz Hussain Mir.
