Pulwama /Feb, 13:Clashes broke out in Kakapora area in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district after seventeen students were reported to have been injured in a mysterious blast inside the premises of a School Narbal village .
Witnesses said policemen arrived in Narbal village soon after a mysterious blast inside a school left 17 students injured but youth pelted stone on them while they were on their way to the school. The policemen resorted to tear gas shelling to disperse the protesters, triggering further clashes. Soon after the incident announcements were being made over the public address system of a mosque asking youth not to engage in stone-pelting.
The injured students were shifted to PHC Kakapora and district hospital Pulwama for treatment. Some injured were shifted to Srinagar for specialised treatment.
