Rajouri: District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Mohammed Aijaz Asad, Thursday chaired the District Level Task Force Committee meeting and accorded sanction to 50 cases under various schemes involving a project cost of Rs. 4. 64 crore as margin money.
It was informed that a total of 61 applications were received, of which, 52 candidates appeared and 50 cases were found eligible for sanction. With sanction to 50 cases, 270 persons will get employment.
The DDC instructed the implementing agencies to systematically implement the scheme in the district so that more employment opportunities can be created for unemployed youths. He enjoined upon the officers to provide full support to the budding entrepreneurs especially to the unemployed youth in the district so as to provide them an opportunity to establish various income generating units.
General Manager DIC, Deputy Director Employment, Lead District Manager JK Bank, Director RSETI, Zonal head of JKGB, Principal ITI Rajouri and Deputy Chief Education Officer Nowshera were present in the meeting.
